 I'm Looking to sell or trade this character for a combat toon.
Preferably Amarr or Minmatar
 No Caldari please
I would like the pvp char to be command ship, or battleship oriented, and hopefully equal or close to the same SP
If your char has more SP, I have up to 1bil isk i can augment the deal with.
Aessa has a positive sec status, and great standing will several research NPC's all the way up to level 4

Do the attributes listed in the original post reflect the +4 implants being plugged in already, or are those the non-implant values?

Those are with +4 implants and 2.5million sp in learning, still with room to expand memory and charisma, the idea was to have decent charisma, so she can take up more trading and social skills quickly.
