I mean cmon, this ship is blatantly overpowered, see below.
And don't tell me its balanced because it has to slow down to do damage!
Edit: Optimizing weapon systems for ultimate imbalance. Too Versatile are the cries!

Good! then we have the minnie version of the raven. I think the nerf monster has been let out of his cage enough recently.

Ah yes, capital shield booster comedy setup. You should be boosting around 15000 hp per cycle though, might think about increasing the shield amount a bit.
But once you go officer the Mael can get some pretty funky setups.

You nerf the Maelstrom, then you have to nerf the Hyperion.. you nerf the Hyperion, then you have to nerf the megathron and domi, you nerf them... THE ENTIRE WORLD CRIES, amarr smiles, and the rest of eve must then be nerfed.
