Actually I see a problem when someone had stolen you ship which is a rare case ofc [eg. you left a ship at a POS and a +bad alliance˝ member is taking it].
When someone boards your ship it should be flagged as +illegal˝ and you should have the chance to get back what was owned by you. Let's say you meet the pilot in space who had +illegal boarded˝ your BS. Within a distance of max. 5.000 probably you should be able to kick the pod out of your ship by boarding it. Same should be possible at station. When the +illegal owner˝ is docked you will have access to your ship. This just works for the one who is the original owner ofc. Trading a ship will delete the flag. And you can delete the flag manually too when you did a deal and pass a sold ship in space.

i get the idea that a >>bad alliance member<< stole a ship of yours from a POS... this is not a good thing but you should take it up with alliance heads, not try to change the game for it... and the idea really does not make sense, there are thousands of rookie ships and shuttles at moons and planets everywhere, if osmeone took those, woudnt that be just a whole lotta waste?

Not really. You have two more cases like ransom or emergency eject to save your pod but the enemy stopped fire and takes the ship. That happens every day in EVE. It's not a game change, its an additional feature. If that cause more lag then I agree not to do that. I agree that shuttles or small rookie ships should not affected by that. +++ JOIN PAP +++ |
