Greetings everyone,
i am posting here from an alt, so pls don't try to contact this char ingame as i won't check this char very often.
Who are we?
We are a a ~60 man corp currently involved in an alliance with low-sec access. The latest developments in our Alliance have brought a split from current alliance leadership with most of the corps, so we are searching for a new home where we can support with our knowledge and motivation and in return get supported. To live as a commnuity and support each other is a very important topic for us.
We have active players from all timezones, so our corp is present in eve nearly 23/7. The corp is well organiced and lead by various directors who have the responsibility for different departments. We work towards set goals and would like an alliance which also has a goal they are going for. Our corp consist of industrials and pvp-ers, which work together to realise our goals on a strong base. We have our own small POS, which mostly is a research POS. Due to the recent problems with our current alliance we had to take it down, but it's ready to be transported and put up again within a few days.
As you can see we are a pretty self sufficent corp. We have set us a goal to archive a low-sec presence, but we don't want to push our members from one second to another, we want to lead them there step by step. We choosed this way cause another important factor to us is to have fun in what we do. We do understand that territorial claims are sometimes hard to do and that there is a certain contribution needed to it and that this is not always fun. We don't have trouble with stuff that has to be done, aslong as the overall idea is to have fun playing this game.
Ok this is a bit to read, i will summerize the facts below for quick revision.

What are we searching for?
We are looking for an alliance where we can expand our presence in low-sec and empire operations. Also for some of our members a little 0.0 access would be nice but its not needed.
Important for us is as mentioned before that the alliance we join has certain short and long term goals set and is working together on realising them. We want to experience an alliance that isnt run by just 1 person who decides it all and doesn't listen to theire member corps. The member corp should have influence on the path the alliance takes and work together on it.
Also important to us are friendly people with who we can have fun inside and outside the game.
Summary:
Well organised alliance with set goals
Operating in low-sec and empire
0.0 is a plus but not a must.
Friendly peeps to have fun with .
Most important ----- Drink and loads of it!!! ;)

There are many great alliances out there looking for the type of corporation you describe, as I can clearly see from the responses.
I believe that our alliance, BotS, may be just what you are looking for. While I'm the executor of the alliance, i'm keenly aware that i do not in fact know everything. Input is always a valuable thing to make sure you know what steps need to be taken next to build on what you already have. Without the help of some of my great CEO's we wouldnt be where we are today. The successes we have enjoyed are due as much to their hard work as mine. Each plays a valuable role in the organization and brings something to the table that the others may not. Overall, it is a great combination.
If you would be so kind, I would like to request that before you make a decision on who to join, let me have a few minutes of your on line time to discuss what our alliance is all about.
