I'm training heavy drones 5 and I've been using the Ishtar with mediums etc and having a lot of fun.
I've had a read through the bandwidth blog and  Eh??
Can someone please explain in layman's terms, just how this will affect the Ishy, good or bad.

There will be no changes for the Ishtar. Simple, enough ;)

Yes, Ishtar will be the smallest ship able to use heavy drones. Just as well, or else it would be a pretty ******* dump.

According to this post, there is no effective change in the drones that can be controlled by an Ishtar.

Because it has three turret hardpoints? oh and that bonus to medium turret damage maybe?
I use three medium neutrons on it to great effect. Some of us players do not use FOTM setups you know.
