I've been working with MrReebok and Zazi to develop an Amarr Outpost IPO for the Syndicate region in system QWF-6P. They have assured me that this is functional within the existing game mechanics, so if you have any questions or are currently a resident and would like to discuss standings or would like to invest, please contact me, Zazi, or MrReebok. |

I think so but I'm not sure. It might begin with the letter "P", though I can't say for certain.

You can't build an outpost in syndicate. Just like Stain, Curse, Great Wildlands, Outer Ring, and Venal, the NPC's have permanent sovereignty over the entire region.

last i checked, The Syndicate werent that keen on relinquishing their soverignty to us pod pilots. Infact im pretty sure they use game mechanic hax so u cant do it at all 
damn beaten too the punch
