are they going to be leveling out the requirements so we dont have mech eng cores so expensive while others worth nothing

You might want to check the prices of datacores yourself. In Jita, preferrably.

Supply and demand evens this out, if the cores raise in value, more people run mech datacore agents, supply rise, and prices go down. There is no need for CCP to change how it works at the moment.

The main reason theres still a big difference between mech's and some of the rest is that before they were introduced, relatively few people were researching mechanic engineering (very few high-level agents did them), while more people were doing the other types.
This lead to a huge stockpile of RP's in some fields (particularly starships), and few in others. Until these stockpiles are gone, prices are going to stay different, but eventually they'll even out.
As this particular part of the EVE economy is almost completely player controlled (apart from agent availability), supply and demand will work, though it might be a while.
In addition, there's nothing inherently wrong with some goods being more expensive than others.....

they are expensive because almost every invetion job uses mech cores while the other cores are used for a few things
