Of course there are still other questions that have been asked that still need to answered.

Hello Ulf and Nucon team,
I am sure you are all pretty nice guys and will not question any trustworthiness of your reallife persons.
As some of you might know I am running a mining corporation that still has 40% of its shares in its own possession. I am looking into making these shares public some day. The option of doing that through a stock exchange has crossed my mind and hence your thread caught my attention.
I have to state that I will not be using your stockexchange. Not because the issue of trust you keep raising. Its just I have my own reasons of not putting my shares into a concept like this. I'd like to share the reasons for not using your exchange with you so can perhaps improve your product:
- Putting ISK into a stockexchange will devalue my Corporation as ISKvalue is deposited in the exchange and not in my corporation to make a return.
- Using deposited ISK/minerals/whatever is not a good measure to determine the intrinsic value of my shares. I cannot deposit if public ISK is needed already to float my business.
- I see problems when liquidating, merging or selling my corporation in how I should take in account the deposit for the shares and get it back.
- I get no interest on my deposited capital, hence dealing with other stock exchanges might be much cheaper or at least let me reinvest the capital in other ventures and not have it tied up to make an investor perhaps feeling better.
- I do not get the feeling of being a customer to get mentioned with shares on your exchange. I get the feeling you want to say that I have to provide a deposit because people trading my shares cannot trust me and by using your exchange investors have no reason anymore to question my trust, because I made a deposit not representative for the total Corporate Value or even the tradingvalue of my shares.
I also have some more personal reasons:
- Nu, stands for number 13, my (and most peoples) unlucky number.
- 13th-Con-Corporation sounds pretty spooky in my head somehow. Mind you I'm aware it is my own mind likely fooling me into decrypting your corportion's name like that, but it creeps me out somehow.
- That little pirate's sign in the back of you Avatar really doesn't help to ease my feelings.
I hope these reasons and motivations I had can help you improve your product so I can take another look at it in a few months time or satisfy the customers that have other judgement to your product.

Wow. I rush away from Eve because I smell smoke coming from the oven and all heck breaks loose. Fortunately for me it was just turkey drippings overflowing the side of the pan. (Celebrating thanksgiving a day late due to the Misses not being able to get out of work.) Of course I come back to a chat invite from Ufl and this thread has exploded.
Ufl, you are obviously very very new to the Eve world. It is painfully apparent since you have little idea on how paranoid this community is. And it is so for very good reason. Knowing real life details means nothing regarding trust in game.
Welcome to the internet where we are all handsome, all independently wealthy, talented lovers in great demand, and totally immune from consequences of action or statement made here. Just ask anyone, they'll say that is true.
There is more to credibility than knowing your phone number. There is more to credibility than you screaming at people. And there is more credibility in the meanest pirate ransoming a pod than there is in you.
You've chosen to act aloof from the questions being asked. That is okay, you have that right. Just as much as a drowning person has the right to toss away a life preserver. You also have the right to all that your choice earns you. Which is 4 pages of challenge and ridicule.
As to my affiliation with Ebank... You are likely one of the few people misguided enough to think that the words coming out of my mouh is controlled by Ricdic or Ebank. That usually couldn't be further from the truth. Ebank people respect what I have to say they just tend to flinch, hard, at the way I say it to people. I don't mince words and I don't care to lie, too much work and I'm damned lazy.
My advice to you: Step back, stop posting for a day or two. Then come back and try to absorb everything that was said. It really is a laundry list of issues that need to be overcome no matter what the tone the people stating the issues took. A smart learns from positive and negative critique. A wise man appreciates both.
I believe that pretty much concludes our dealings together at this time. Good luck with that cute exchange thingey of yours. You're going to need it.

Anyone who deals with this guy should contact me quickly. I've got a great bridge in Brooklyn I've got to sell at a huge loss because I need the money fast.
And I wouldn't be surprised if the pdf is rigged to exploit the recent Adobe hole that has yet to be patched under Windows. This guy is practicaly performing an interpretive dance on the theme of taking the money of every sap that signs up with him. That this has reached 4 pages astounds me.

That would explain why it crashed my Adobe reader. Frankly im running Vista. So im all good :)
I cant see how it actually works. Would be rather fun to check if the vulnerability is in the file. In which case CCP would banstick this dude very hard id imagine.

As an absolute nobody but a regular reader of these forums, i would just like to point out that this thread is an absolute sham. But, everybody knows that of course. The thread is going nowhere, as is the business at the current rate, let the poor thread die quietly.
I would however just like to point out Ufl, you mentioned earlier that shar, ricdic etc. were not lords or kings of the free market. I actually lol'd, it showed how little you know of this forum. A single post from any of the major players in this forum will make or break any IPO, without their approval many many smaller fish will not touch an investment. That shouldn't really happen since it means people dont think for themselves, but its true.
Anyway, i'm climbing back into my hole. Good luck with whatever.
