Looking to do some 0.0 BS ratting with my phoon against blood angles. so, if anyone has any good setups they wouldnt mind sharing. please do.
also im not super skilled out. so, if you make a big list of tech 2 stuff and crazy skill levels it prob wont be of much use to me.

Unbelievably fast ratter... only issue is ammo. If you sort that out your set to be a money maken machine. 
EDIT: Ok so i just realized you typed that you dont have a good specced tree for Typhoons so, just wantedto say that my setup still works very well even with t1 items.

EDIT: Ok so i just realized you typed that you dont have a good specced tree for Typhoons so, just wantedto say that my setup still works very well even with t1 items.
Even if you swap all of this for t1/best named you will be more than fine against baddies that do em/thermal damage.
