Hi, hoping you guys can help.
I am trying to increase my mining yield and cycle time for by Squad.
I fly an Orca with :-
Mining Foreman Link - Laser Optimization
Mining Foreman Link - Mining Laser Field Enhancement
My skills are :-
Leadership to 5
Mining Foreman to 5
Mining Director 5
Warfare Link Specialist 4
What are my options to optimise yield/duration/distance ?
I know I could add a mining foreman mindlink to slot 10 for an increase but unsure how much of an increase I would get.
Looking to see if there are any more skills I could train to gain?

The mindlink is a huge bonus
50% increase to the command bonus of Mining Foreman Link modules.
Replaces mining foreman skill bonus with fixed 15% mining yield bonus.
Also what is your level of industrial command ships?

Yeah mindlink is good. Also Warfare spec 5 and industrial command ships 5. You won't get a huge jump from command ships (3%) but if you want to maximize, it all helps.

Train Warfare Link Specialist and Industrial Command Ships to 5 and get a Mining Foreman Mindlink. The Mindlink is the key, it will boost your cycle time a lot. I have no numbers at the moment, but it is really a good boost.
Oh, and don't forget to use T2 Gang Links.
Other than that, there is nothing else you can do to increase it. The members of your squad can get their skills up too of course and use a mining implant. |

Forgot about Industrial Command ships, I have this to lvl 5 too.
I currently have T1 gang links, I will look at the cost of these.... |

T2 are like 50m for the set. or at least that's what I got them for a few months ago when they were released...
