Earlier tonight CPU reset standings to Destiny  .
Given they are only a few jumps off us, and we already had a gang up and running, we thought meh, pew pew few jumps off.
40ish Destiny decended upon 1IX, and popped a few ships.
The Covenant Alliance joined us camping the station, where in the boredom of shooting nothing, we proceeded to knock out the Refining Service.
We then proceeded to another service, and we got it to about half shields, when CPU undocked several caps! I beleive i counted 4 carriers and 2 dreads, aswell as several support before my poor Raven died *sniffle*
Just thought ide say good fun tonight CPU, and since your neut, i look forward to some nice pew pew

nice pewpew.. you mean great pewpewwe have never had a problem with you guys till now ...so play nice..roll over and die...and give us good loot from your ships.oh and i will rip through your ship to get to your pods.

Covenant has been dealing with these guys all week, they keeping coming into our home systems and keep getting slaughtered, but somehow keep coming back. My fleet ended up 1IX and snake was kind enough to let us join the party. There was explosions, alchohol and exotic dancers right up until we heard about the captials. Lost only a frig or three. Props to CPU for a tasteful defensive. We look forward to partying again soom.

Until they reset standings, CPU could sail straight through Destiny space. Now we get first dibs on them. :)

I think "influence" is too strong a word for that region of space. It should be more like the Eve Pet Renter Map up in the North-west quadrant.

My only contact with CPU was blowing up one of their cruisers earlier this year and the guy evemailed me some rubbish up them being blue to my former alliance.
They are rude and impolite, I hope you wipe them all out.
Note that I don't speak for GS.
We almost won.

Good to see you guys having fun with each other in the North.
Combined Planetary Union is one of the few alliances I can say for certain use the standings as they were meant to be:
Friend = True Ally
NAP = Non-aggression Pact/Ceasefire/Negotiable Terms
Haven't flown with CPU in many months, but they were a very dedicated and helpful friend-ally to have.

Woo.. good days events, which have caused some big losses on both sides.
Rare and CPU just attempted to take out my carrier with a 20ish man gang of battleships, command ships, and battlecruisers.
Fight lasted almost 10mins, and they were unable to break my tank, they escaped with around half there gang in PODs.
Yet again, another good fight , deffinatly sparking alot of enjoyment up here! Much respect to Rare and CPU for zero smack too

Actually we were only 2 jumps out when we heard about it when we convo'd some ratters we passed trying to find where some pew pew was. We had just got tired of CPU coming to our systems and running off when we brought the fight to them. So we figured we would take the fight to their home so we would have something at least to shoot.

That'll explain the force we encountered outside the 1ix station last night. Think we must have arrived straight after it ended. There was more Destiny wrecks than CPU wrecks unless they had already scooped and blown their own remains.
Good to see them defending their assets so resolutely. o7

IIRC, that would have been the aftermath of them eventually bringing out several capitals - the only ships that did any real damage to our force.

You took out 4 of my fighters, however i lost a ****e load of ECM drones, which i threw out once i got jammed!
Tho the number of drones i smartbombed at the start was pretty cool! kinda wish they left mini wrecks.
