Then when the inevitable happens, they can't cope with the loss. So the real reason they're so cheesed off is because they don't understand the game. This makes me sad. Back when I was learning to pirate, I used to hang around in Archee (.4 surrounded by empire) and got myself into the local defense channel posing as a ratter. One day I noticed a mining op was forming up, and I managed to pop an osprey and a tristan before a group of command ships jumped in and someone started trying to probe me. I didn't think much of it back then, but almost exactly 2 months later I received a mail (which I unfortunately deleted), but it said something like "so u think ur some uber merc well convo me i'll [blah blah]" (at the time I was in ghosts syndicate, a small merc alliance. This guy had joined curse alliance, ohnoes!). Also one time when I was pirating using an alt using a punisher, I found yet another cormorant to violence. When I warped in I got a mail saying "Hi", then when he was going into armor my evemail flashes again, this time it says "Plz", to which I responded "Yarrr!"

The closest I've got was some guy who started to smack me in local for not giving him a fair chance. He soon shut up when I reminded him that he was in a Caracal and I was in a Rifter though. As a joke I have sent out a hate mail after a podding in a 0.0 bubble camp though. Wish I'd saved it cause it was genious. It went something along the lines of: Quote: Dear <insert name> Congratulations on your recent brutal dispatching of my rifter and pod. Don't worry, I'm fully aware of the risks I take flying through zero space and I accept that. However you destroyed me with such ruthless efficiency and speed that I ws unable to smack you in local and I find this totaly unacceptable. Therefore without further hesitation: I had your mum last night and it was the worst experience of my life. Parting her beef curtains was akin to opening a cheese toasty. However she looked at me with such pleading and desperate eyes that I took pitty on her. Thus I promptly flipped her over, donned a buttered up plastic bag, and proceeded to nail her. With every thrust her bum grapes did a little jiggle on her cheeks they hung that low. By far the worst thing about the whole experience though was that throughout the whole ordeal she kept shouting out your name. Have a nice day. I cant remember who it was I sent it too, but if you're out there could you send it back. I'd like to keep it on file for future poddings.

I flipped the can of the cormorant, and he immediately warped off. I moved away in my manti and cloaked, and was almost instantly convo'd by the hulk pilot. He said that he had always wanted to see a manti in action, and next thing i know in local he's asking the cormorant to come back and get his stuff 'cause I'm gone. A few moments later a hauler shows up for the can. De-cloak, lock, jam, popped. I got a mail from the cormorant that seemed very angry, but I believe he was chinese as his English was very poor. The Hulk pilot thanked me for the demonstration, and I gave him an open invite to join our corp. This has to be the coolest thing a miner has ever done. New Sig Pending...
