alright didnt read the rest so w/e.
anyways plutonium or any other radioactive elements do not glow stop watching the simpsons. Also to the guy that said it would be fissile in your pocket yeah that doesnt happen either, just, wow. All it will do is give off radiation and decay and give you radiation poisoning and you'll die.
as for isk glowing, maybe the people of new eden are ravers.

Of course they glow under the right circumstances, hell even fish can glow if it has the right genes, and they arent radioactive. You make it sound like glowing stuff is the stuff of fiction, which it isnt.

As I understand it (from an old version of one of the pages describing Entity's item collection, which is no longer online) the problem was that people could use it to obfuscate their transactions - it would have been very simple to use a macro to create a lengthy trail that would have been highly unpleasant for GMs to wade through.
If this was added back to the game, it'd be a major boost for ISK sellers.
