To All,
As has been requested by RenegadeRacer of the Racketeers so that his corporation will revoke their declaration of war against my corporation, Middleton & Mercer, LLP;
I, Downtym, hereby apologize for publicly stating in Renyn Local chat that I stole Ender Wigggins five (5) Hornet II drones after he stole from and attempted to incite an attack from a miner in my corporation and was subsequently chased off from the sector by myself and other members of my corporation. I apologize for my actions and regret the harm that has come to both Middleton & Mercer, LLP, as well as any undue psychological harm which may have been visited upon Ender Wigggins due to the loss of his drones during his failed attempt at piracy. I offer this apology in the hopes that the war declaration will end expediently and we can get past this dark moment in history together.

Well Downtym, I am not sure that is very sincere. But since I have managed to pod like a dozen of you guys and the lads have killed 90 of your corp mates and you are constantly on the run from us, I think the total humbling of your worthless lawyer corp is worthy for us to undec you. Time for us to move our love on to another corp.
Since this is the second public humbling of a corp by RAK, our mission has been clearly accomplished.
I hope you have learned from this unfortunate incident and understand how much we at RAK value honour and fair play in this game. Without honour in our corp we would be lost and adrift in the sea of lawlessness that is eve.
Just to let you know, when we are not role playing or talking about how we can possibly make the big move to low sec so we can be viewed as real pirates, we do watch local chat and clearly must respond to such incidents. Image is everything to us and when someone thinks ill of us, we do what ever it takes to correct that perception issue.
I can only dream of the day that someday all of eve will view us, as we are, worthy fair fighting warriors who will stand firm regardless of the odds and have our fleets engaged like the real pirates in low sec must do. Wow if only we could be like themà.
Now go back to your exciting world of mining and have fun there LLP guys.

Personaly I like to stay off the boards. I did however want t point out that you asking a mining / production Corp about their killboards compared to a PvP corp in my mind is close to asking a cheff how many engines he works on a week. I don't mind the war dec or even having to dock every time I see a Rak in system. It's all part of the game. I just can't figure out the point of the constant flame about how we are noobs and can't PvP... Uh, yah... we are a MINING corp... lol that is M.I.N.I.N.G.... I don't see and PvP in there... Well, that is all. See you online and good hunting!

I'm not one bit supprized by either of your responses. Thats because you corp (Slaid) and your alliance (Hasek)are the biggest jokes in empire. Slaid yall came out to fight us and sometimes had 3v1 or 5v1 situations in your favor. Yet we still had a 98.94% efficency against yall with 90 kills. As for that joke of an alliance Hasek you don't have a highsec pos up anymore do ya?
Not sure the appology was so sincere so we'll see another week or 2 or 3
