I checked the bio on one of them and it was something about Rackateer pass? 1 day - 5 million or something. I guess they want to make the newbie miners in Todaki, Kakakela and Sobaseki have to pay a daily fee for can-mining else they'll throw a monkey wrench at the whole project. I think it's kinda cute though. Sort of like children playing Pirates. "Give me your candy or I'll hit you with my plastic sword" Oh well... I heard of through my friend who just started EVE and wondered why someone was flashing red on his overview while he was mining into a can lol.

Ed Kraka and Renegaderacer are cool though, only one RAK who was really a chump and I can't even remember his name, I blocked him. I have never and will never pay isk to Racketeers to stop any chance we get to kill them. They talk a good fight but die/safe/log/station up, take your pick, like all the rest. But when you can lock one of the stab ***s down they do drop decent loot. Ok maybe not a true stab *** but they do run really good. But nice try, we just won't help you with the war decs on us. If you wanna fight us you have to pay the big bucks like we do. We won't do it for you. But we do like to see you have to pay 400-500 million to dec us for the week. We paid 150 mill to dec yall this past week not 400-500. You weren't our main target either. We had 3 alliance decs last week, which resulted in lots of **s and giggles. 2. I'm sure you wouldnt pay, but The Hooch did. Hell i'll get the guy who recieved the isk to send you a copy of the log if you want. We'll get convo's too if you like, but point is it's no rumor .

There was no salvage to be had. Rackateers would sit on the station anytime a war target entered the system..take a few pot shots and dock. The only kills I saw were against new accounts that were in the belts and come across ejected cans that said "free" or "gift to noobs". Soon as the uneducated looted the cans a group of frigates and occasional cruisers bearing the Racketeer Logo swooped in to prey on the innocent. Not alot of salvage from an Ibis...sigh. The can flipping and greifing is in full swing in their so-called "claimed high-sec" space. All in all, I saw no skill from these guys until they fitted for long range against a dozen cloaking war targets (privateers) and got one of them for me to salvage. PS. do you guys have a kill board of any kind, where we could see all these MC kills and the like?
