Im looking for a char with around 25-35 mil SP, with most of it spent on flying amarr t2 ships and amarr t2 guns.
Requirements:
Frig, Cruiser, Recon and BS V
Hac + Command ship ready (Or almost ready)
t2 large pulse and beam
drone interfacing V
Scan probe skills / armor comp skills on 3-4
Character needs to a have a security status of over -2.4
so make me some offers

Would part for 6.5bil, this is a near perfect recon pilot, training torwards a ishtar to use the 4.5mil sp in drones to the max.
She also has a low grade snake set and hardwirings for a nano-curse

- 20 days to BS V, recons V, CS 4, large lasers 14 days to 5 and another few days to T2, can fly HACs, has 30 mil sp and a low-grade talisman set perfect for a curse.
Can fly Freighters and Logistics. an use Ogre II, has HAMs to 5 in 20 hrs (that is for your khanid ships, cybernetics to 5, that means it is close to be a great armor leader in that shiny black damnation). Has 3 Jc, 9.9 standings with gallente navy.
Not too keen on selling it unless the offer is uber.

think im gonna have to say no to the guys above, still want a char with all the skills im looking for....
Cybernetics V is another one ive just thought of =/
Security status is also now no longer an issue
