Just reactivated my account as it has been de-activated for over 6 months. Would like to log onto the Singularity test server but unable to atm due to my account info hasn't been transfered over. How long does this process take and when should I be able to log onto Singularity ?

If they haven't transferred your details over to SiSi I'm afraid that's it until they perform the next mirror. What error (if any) are you getting?

I added my character name to the list and it now says that all names have been re-activated. (also my post and many others got removed.) However I am still having no luck, still comes up with "Incorrect login name or password." Am I doing something wrong or missing something out ? Any help would be grateful...

Did you reset your password when you reactivated, if so you'll need to join the IRC channel to request the password be changed.

I reset the password as soon as I activated my account again but not after I requested my character to be re-activated on Singularity. Would that still be a problem ?

The password was mirrored from the 15th so yes you'll need to get the password changed to login, the login data only gets mirrored occasionally.

How would I do that, you mention that I need to do it in an IRC channel? I'm a bit lost at the moment, sorry about this...

No worries :)
Ok if you're familiar with IRC all you do is login to irc.coldfront.net and visit the #eve-chaos channel, the person you normally speak to is onieromancer although mindstar can also do the passwords and i'm guessing others can too, if you're not familiar with IRC you first need to get an IRC client or use the web client on the website again you'll need to register to access the channel however you can join the #irchelp channel for help with that, Mirc is the most known application and you should use that unless you're happy with the web client.
