Do we need this charge to form gangs? It's annoying, I hate the dialog box especially.
I can understand for eve mail, but why convos or gangs? Maybe for convos when the person is NOT in the same system as you but otherwise, why?
Can we at least get an option for the game to just deduct 100 isk from my wallet instead of the stupid game asking me for 100 isk every time i try to make a gang? >_>

I think they put that in to combat the people who spam victims with chat or gang invites while fighting them.

What are they thinking, wanting 100isk to join a gang?? This needs to be changed. It will be very annoying.

Because it's meant to be some kind of deterrant to inviting random people to your gang. Also if you want to gain the upper hand in a fight by inviting someone to a gang with you, not only they, but you will get a popup window. Therefore levelling the playing field.
I think it's a handy feature. If you're that annoyed by it just tell anyone you gang to pay you back... In 0.10 isk lodgements over a period of 1000 days maybe ^.^

Can't cough up 100 isk for that? How about when you buy your first battleship?
And clicking one ok button isn't really that death defying thing

The charge isn't an issue (but I agree it's bizarre) - the main issue is the dialog box that pops up each time notifying you - when you're ganging 60 people it can get a bit tedious. |

I'm to the point where i tell everyone to put me in their adress book before i gang them, not for the isk, but to stop the damn popup. forming a gang is approximately 3-4x as fast when you dont have to click any popups and you know that.

It's not an issue of money, it's an issue of having to click OK every damn time.
It's repetetive and annoying, sort of like having to stare at the EULA and press OK everytime you start EVE.. (btw I forgot how to disable that, can someone tell me?)
