"Starbase structures outside the forccefield now receive a 99% resist bonus on their structure HP while the Tower is online. General structure hitpoints have been reduced so they are easier to destroy once the Starbase is destroyed."
Um WTF
Wasnt the WHOLE point of moving them outside the shield to be able to destroy them?
If they have 99% resists, they are near impossible to destroy. so why did you code that requirment in?
Just seems to be contridictory to your last 2 sets of patch notes and objectives.
I think POS's SHOULD have destroyable guns etc

Well, now you can steal them, so I don't really see why they'd introduce changes that cancel each other out

a) they should disable as soon as they hit hull b) the 99% resist and decrease in hull hitpoints should give about even hp to the current effective hp
that and once the tower goes boom, its unanchor scoop ftw!

No, the reason they were moved outside the shields was to allow them to be disabled, not destroyed. Additionally, the keyword here is structure.
Currently POS modules have 90% structure resists while the tower is online, this change just bumps that up to 99% and drops the HP, meaning if you want to disable them absolutely nothing has changed, but if you want to blow them up after the tower is dead, it doesn't take 6 hours.
