After more than 1,5 years of missionrunning this morning my standing to Caldari State finally turned to 10.
Actually i hoped for some special treatment from Caldaris, a congratulation mail from the CEO of Chief Executive Pannel .. or a Caldari Navy escort (like the one i always get by Gallentes, whenever i enter their space, but without hostile actions towards me) or at least greetings by Caldari police ships in local chat, whenever they see me. But ok, maybe i get a vip lounge or access to a Caldari celbrity center, once ambulition will be introduced.
So i'm not sure what to do now tbh, it's like the end of an era - finish with missions completely ? Or throw away the faction standing and reject all missions i don't like, picking only the best, till faction standing is back to 7 ? Is there a chance a faction standing might be worth something in factional warfare (in case this will ever be introduced) ?

hehe i feel ya.
getting to 10 is very hard work and its kinda disapointing
that there isnt anyting special when you reach that stage
specially with all the grind involved.
i kinda hoped they would give out federation faction ships

If you don't know of what we speak. Check your Caldari cosmos constellation for agents offering navy BPC in exchange for tags.

And now to something complete different - go on and achive that with Minamatars....right now, with that char...

Nah he should go do that but for Gallente, more of a challenge, I assume his standings are diabolical by now

Hehe Minmatars or Gallentes won't speak to me, they prefer to shoot at me (something like -9.3 to Gallentes) but ok, i think it's not a shame for a true Caldari to be hated by Gallentes.
The 2 run CNR bpc, that was ages ago when i got it, more than half a year go, drakes were not in the game by then ... getting from 9.9 (cnr bcp standing requirement) to 10 seems to be a small step but takes like forever.
But thanks for not ranting on me, usually people say stuff like "you must be a farmer" "carebear" or "get a life" - it's almost something to be ashamed for sometimes.

Hehe, seriously, I know how much work that must be. I'm trying to grind to Caldari 7.0, and it is hideously slow going. They need more variety in the storyline missions, and COSMOS needs some love.
So where to go from here? You can turn your 10.0 faction into some serious isk by charging for POS service. There are quite a few players who create custom corporations for planting empire POS's. They can make quite a bit of isk for the service--you may want to look into it.

Tbh, you should be awarded a Raven State Issue when achieving this.

Is it a true 10 ? or is it rounded up ?
I thought it was almost impossible to get a perfect 10
standings shows a 10 , but is actually 9.9997887 or something like that.
But congrats on getting it

Congrats for hitting 9.95....
Maybe when factional warfare hits there will be something there for you. There does seem to be no reward for very high standings apart from higher Q agents....then what? |

I've been missioning since the game started, and in all these years CCP have only ever implemented jump clones as a benefit of very high standing, and that's for corporations. I really don't think you should expect anything interesting from Factional Warfare. I would hope I am wrong, but I doubt it.

Second (and I don`t think that many mission runners will be against this idea) that there should be reward for reaching corporation and faction standing perfect 10.0 at least something symbolic which is = of effort and time invested.
I consulted moralists to learn how to appear, philosophers to find out what to think and novelists to see what I could get away with and in the end it all came down to one principle:win or die. |

Grats on 10 standing, I know what that must have taken to achieve you have some real patience.
Who cares if its not really 10.0, the game shows it as 10.0 so as far as im concerned its 10.0.
Totaly agree there should be a reward after the navy raven bpc at 9.9, and yes it should be raven state issue or a navy T2 Gollem
How cool would that be! The only way to get navy T2 marauder is getting 10.0 faction It would definatly be a huge incentive to get 10.0 and they wouldnt exactly be common place.
Or how about when ambulation gets patched in station gaurds salute you as you walk past or you get to stay in the penthouse quarters
Permanent Concord escort though that factions low security space would be neat to hehe.
