Dear Fellow Pilots, You know.. I got to thinkin one early morning during downtime (wondering what to do in the meantime). I said to myself, "Hold up a sec.. Im paying 14.95 for a 30-Day Subscription, but in reality with one hour of downtime a day, thats generally 30 hours of downtime" *Now I want the mega math crunchers to understand too, so it should be sorta like this 24hr(day)x30(days/mo)= 720hrs/mo = (14.95) eve price *THE WAY IT REALLY IS*23hr(day)x30(days/mo)= 690hrs/mo = (14.32) real life So, im getting jipped .60 cents a month. That is $7.20 a year. So.. After two years, do I get my free month or what ?

If you find the downtimes to be too much, then there is little for you to do but move on to another game.
Anyhow, there seems to be 200,000+ people who don't seem to have a real problem with this.

If it helps smooth it over for you, remember that your skills don't stop training during downtime...can't really call that paying for nothing.

We pay a monthly fee for access to a service provided by CCP. We are not paying for the service for the amount of time we have access to it, we are paying for the general use of the service. If CCP has to take down the servers for whatever reason, so be it, it is part of that wall of text you scroll through and click 'agree' on when you first start playing.
For the record, I feel that the OP is just a troll post, but I cannot resist the urge to reply.
