So just have to be patient :) Seems it's there now - steady at 61.9 MB (tried download 3 times in a row (and canceled). Trying patch in a sec.

This indicates your installation is corrupt. Please reinstall Eve-online. I had a similar issue with the classic client an hour ago (might have been a different file), but that's easier to repair.
