At this time Red Frog is not accepting citadel contracts.
We are watching how courier contract work with citadels though observation with public and private contract. Soon this option will be available, just not yet. We would prefer that the Red Frog members not bare the brunt of lost collateral due to mechanical scams and accidents.

Red Frog is "kind" of accepting citadel contracts at this time (for a trial run).
Only acceptable routes are currently (and are prepaid):
Amarr VIII (Oris) - EFA >> Ashab-Ashab - Pandora
Jita IV - 4 >> Perimeter-Perimeter - Sanctuary
(See the RF Freight MOTD for the links to the actual citadels)
This trial will probably last from Tuesday 23/08/2016 to Tuesday 06/09/2016 |

If interested in Red Frog Freight services to your Frotizar and the potential conditions that this service will entail please evemail Which Frog in game.
The conditions are not 100% in stone yet and there is still approximately a month before Red Frog citadel service starts up. When the policies are completed they will be posted here.
I already have names on the list of candidates, don't get left behind the times.

If you are undocked there is always the risk that you will be shot at. In lowsec in a non-combat ship hauling a citadel does leave you open for loss and kind of asking for it sadly.
Red Frog Freight will not haul past 1b collateral but our sister corp Black Frog logistics does go up to 25b collateral with a max m3 of 320.000. It however costs more due to the ship (jump freighter) they exclusively use. If that isn't an option there are a few other known hauling corps out there both New Evolution Express and PushX comes to mind. |

Due to Burn Jita Event this coming weekend, February 24th through 27th, Red Frog is requesting that all contracts are made with 7 day expiration and 7 day completion starting the Downtime of February 22nd to help deal with the necessary more cautious hauling requirements during this time period.
(As of the Downtime on the 27th all contracts can go back the the normal settings) |

Hello my favorite community of Eve Online players. I have two announcements to make. One important change to our Red Frog Freight services and another less important but helpful note for you guys following this thread.
The first is that we are happily (and finally) announce that, with no increase or change to the current rewards, our maximum collateral is increased to 1.5b (1.5kkk for my Russian friends) from our current collateral maximum of 1b. This is the first ever move in the maximum collateral of Red Frog Freight in it's almost eleven years of existence back even into the dark ages of our start in Red Frog Investments!
This 1.5b max collateral is effective immediately as of right this moment.
The second item is that as these forums are being closed down and CCP has created a new forum for us all; you can now find the Red Frog thread at Red Frog Freight. Thank you for all of you that have or will ever use our services, we owe a lot of this success to your word of mouth.
