I obviously have plenty of money. What I dont have are the guns I want, the time to go hunt for them, or even the slightest idea of where to look. I only know what spawns drop them. Have you guys ever tried to find these guns?
The fact of the matter is they are very rare (most rare guns along with modulated tachs) and most people that have them dont want to give them up for much less. Insted of low balling I just decided to come with an over the top offer I figured nobody could refuse to move things along. Much to my suprise I am still waiting which proves my point I think.
Items like this are worth what people are willing to sell them for (not the other way around since not very many people are selling and all that have them are perfectly content to keep them).
For a skilled up Tempest pilot thses guns are the final piece to the puzzle.

They surely drop from Angel Seraphims (1M bounty), which probably only can be found in some of the systems in Curse.

Feel free to come hunting in HLW, the Seraphim/Warlord spawns drop them all the time.

Hmm,
* I don't see you selling them
* I don't find any in the cans from the CA ships I kill.
so, what are you doing with them? Recycling them? Giving them to Zap instead of 20B in isk?
