Anyone have suggestions for an Atron mission runner setup? I currently have one fitted as:
High:
2x 125mm Prototype I Gauss Gun
Medium:
1x Civilian Afterburner
1x Civilian Shield Booster
Low:
1x Damage Control II
1x Small 'Accomodation' Vestment Reconstructor I
The mediums are just low power / cpu throw ons. Anyone have any interesting setups for the ship?

try a regular afterburner and a cap recharger in your mids?
imho you'd be better off in an incursus for pve, atron is not a very durable ship
or maybe a catalyst, they're not so hot in pvp but you don't intend to do any of that junk in it anyway :)

No go on the AB. Even with Engineering V, she only 25MW, plus the Civ AB gives me 511 M/S at nearly no cap usage. Would have to swap out something on the Low rack to fit it. I have 4 MW available as is, plenty of CPU to spare though. I was thinking maybe an amplifier in the mid vs. the booster?
The mid and low rack can be completely reworked. The high can't fit 150mm rails though, pretty much stuck with 125mms.

Like I said, you'd be tons better off with an Incursus versus an Atron
Not to mention you really don't need to tank level 1 missions, using a regular afterburner and speed tanking should be plenty
