at the risk of being an arse...the fastest is 3 AUs a second. or 285 million miles a second (roughly).
if you mean not in warp (i think you do lol) then my personal best is 900m/s. but i know that some people can maintain over 4km/s.

back in the days when MWDs were still for cruisers and I got both my first cruiser and my MWD skill I did some messing around... canŠt remember exactly how fast I went with multiple MWDs but I recall that in the few seconds it took to drain my cap I went several hundred thousand kilometers...

Yes my trusty BB and the 2 MWD's and 4 AB's ran plenty blockaids getting minerals to secure space. I seem to remember 15k/s was my best speed for a few seconds.

I can hit 5000m/s in my punisher with two 1mv Microwarp drives fitted. U go about 15klicks in about 5 seconds.
I've had unconfirmed reports that you can go 20,000m/s if you can fit a 10mv Microwarp drive to your frigate. :)

I put 3 pre-Castor MWDs on a Moa once. When I activated them all, I ended up 3 million KM away in less than a second.

Pre-castor Scorp with 6 Quadlif MWD 158,966 KM/s.
Post Castor Vigil 2 MWD, 29.6km/s
I'm pretty sure I could get that scorp nowaday pretty quick, but its useless to do anymore.

For fun i tried on 4 MWD pre castor on my apocca and did something like 80km/sec.
It was REALLY ugly trying to turn around after that. =)
The ship took like 5 minutes to slow down so much that i could even see the slightest effort to turn it around. =)
Was fun though. =)

a properly set-up racing frigate can easily reach 15,000 m/s but its cap will die pretty fast (still enough to clear a 300km distance whioe maintaining that speed)

I hit something WELL over 3au/s when I got belted out to 30,000,000au's from the sun. This was back in the days when ship speed was 2au/s.
To put that in perspective. It would take 173 real days (24/7) to actually warp that far. GM's kindly moved me.
It took me a good two minutes to slow down. I'd guess I managed to hit possibly 15,000,000 au/s.

If we're going to count that, you might as well claim the 600,000,000,000AU/sec that you achieved when the GM moved you back. 30 million AUs in round about 0.05 seconds.

I can hit 32km/s with my Rupture (2x 100MN Afterburner and 1x 10MN Microwarpdrive). Capacitor runs dry exactly in that moment. (Though now i have another 2 levels of Energy Managment, so i might be able to achieve 33 km/s )

Actually he moved me to a different system (I had asked for the sun but nevermind). This would be more along the lines of space folding and therefore doesn't have a velocity.

With 2 MWDs I can maintain 20km/s in my Ares for about 25secs (5 and some seconds to get up to speed, that's 3 firings of each at the same time).
