Well nancy boys, if you can find out where he is, let him know that he's just been subpoenaed by Amarr Legal Offices to appear in civil court! That Pulgor guy informed me that heÆd been a victim of slander and when I looked at the post I would have to agree! My legal text, ôOwnership is 9/10thÆs of the law!ö agrees as well and as such I have filed a ô13 CFR plus/minusö case against you, Jim Hawkins! To the uninformed mind, thatÆs a standard slander or in this case Libel case.
My clients reputation has been damaged beyond repair! Therefore IÆll need 1 million ISK to drop the case! Actually, make that 1.5 million, I need some tobacco, IÆm almost out. Somehow space mites got into my desk drawer and ate all mine! I think someone put them in there! God help me if I find out who!
Now send me the papers of ownership for a 9X-T Amarr ôSpace crosserö shuttle so we can begin proceedings for this case. Or you can eve mail Pulgor and heÆll forward me the message because I wonÆt check my mail unless there are ownership papers in there!

Edited by: Rodj Blake on 09/03/2004 09:18:22 Just to clarify things, what will you do if Jim doesn't submit to your ludicrous demands?
You appear to belong to Hedion University, which kind of rules you out of declaring a war on PIE.
I suspect that your links with Pulgor may be closer than you merely being his legal representative.

I think you'll find that a '13 CFR plus/minus' case relates to unauthorised autopsies on slaves for medical research - something that the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Slaves could never be accused of. Be thankful that I'm not filing a counter-claim. What you needed to file was a '12 CFR plus/minus' case. Wet work indeed!
Furthermore, I dispute that your client had a reputation to damage.
Taking a well meaning and worthy charity such as the SPCS to task on such dubious grounds, merely to fund your drug habit is reprehensible.
I'll see you in court.

I see, well reguardless I'm dropping the claim, I was rather excited that day. However getting Wetwork to do the same could be tricky. I asked him about that and he said that he'd never drop it because it's "The right stuff." I also asked him about it being the wrong claim and he said, "Nonsense! One day I was in an ally and a street-doc showed me how to bring a rat back to life!" Come to think of it... I'm not really sure what this has to do with the case, but I don't question him. I managed to pursade him to drop the claim using hypmotism, but it was difficult at best.

This is very possible. However most of my time is spent playing cards in a local parlor, and some of those players could have a lower opinion of me now that someone else called me a lunatic and fruit loop.

Yes well we all have vices. I've re-examined the budget and unfortunately I don't have any money to donate to the bank of Jim Haw... I mean the SPCS. Oh well, life goes on. Sorry that Wetwork jumped the gun. -----------------------------------

well pulgor you got to admit the fruit loop thingy is cute.
the legal case is ridiculous as i have never heard that an amarr citizen can be sued by a non amarr citizen. well at least the lawyer damaged his own reputation even more than jim could have ever yours pulgor. you see some of us can ignore your religious efforts more easily than others.

Wetwork always damages his own reputation, that's the way he is. However most submit to his legal fury after the trial ends with him humming the Concord anthum. -----------------------------------
