I'm sorry, but yet again...
Jita is not laggy by itself, it is lagging because people keep going there until it lags itself to death. No matter how many pilots it could hold, people would keep going until it lags.

Why don't you buy an extra server and hand it over to CCP so they can use it only for Jita. Or just post in any other of these nab threads.

Jita runs on its own node, and it still gets overloaded by lemmings. (One node normally runs several systems) The lemmings are killing Jita, and there's not enough suicide gankers to shut down the flow to Jita.
Wait a minute, did I just say we need more gankers? 
Don't go to Jita....there's always another option.
