Looks like that girl from those Wendy's commercials. She is secretly my gf as I'm in love with her. I'm kinda not digging the pose though doesn't seem natural to me.

8/10 I concur with this. The tattoo cutting into the hair spoils the look somewhat. But it definitely a very good avatar. You haven't gone overboard with the tattoos so there are just the right amount for a solid tribal look. Also, as a personal taste issue I would lose the stud in the lower lip / chin region. The nose bar is plenty enough. Edit for further comments.
I don't like the glasses but I must admit I do like the glare effect. Other than that it is somewhat generic in my opinion.
