Sorry if this is not the appropriate place to post this but I'm so ****ed off by this weird thing and got no responses from ccp yet so I'm asking if anyone got such problem before?

If you've been offline for awhile, CCP has changed the grid/cpu on some ships. It might be a longshot but double-check to ensure this isn't what happened to you (that is, if you've been gone.) Otherwise

no no i didnt leave i didn't get pod so yeah i can use the modules and they are not damaged as well.

Something similar happened to me with one of two Heavy Missile Launchers about a month ago. Couldn't online it no matter what I tried. Even tried replacing it with another of the same mod ( Heavy Missile Launcher I ).
Oddly enough when I purchased an Advanced Limos Heavy Launcher and fit it, the module came online without incident.

I have 6 or 7 pvp ships fitted ready to roll out but EVERY ship has at least 2 modlules offlined somehow and no matter what I do I just couldn't make them online. CCP i'm demanding your explanations and fixing this **** asap.

Is it a station owned by your alliance? It could be that you do not have access to the fitting, and for some reason you are able to open the fitting screen, but not do anything with it. Can you Online the moduals in space?

no no npc station i have no problem openning the fitting window. Yeah i even tried to online them in space, when I undocked and right clicked on the offlined module(appears gray) system msg noticed me that the module is already onlinel, however, when i tried to activate the module system msg noticed that I need to online it first. wtf
