I'm sorry, it just is. the caldari heavy dictor looked much better as a caracal hull, why change it? i know the other race's HD's are their tier 3 cruiser hull, but theirs aren't so ugly.
this is not a complaint in any way about its performance or fittings or balance or anything like that. it is me stating that I think it looked better when it was the caracal hull on the test server.
I liked flying my flycatcher because it looked so cool, but now its a death trap and its useless with this new thing out. the new heavy dictors have made the original interdictors useless, so now to keep up we have to change to a new and improved model.
well, the new model doesn't look as nice.
the moa is a rail ship anyway. caldari mostly use missiles, and so the should have a missile ship. Please can we have the blue caracal back?
don't get me wrong, I am very pleased with everything else that has been done with this patch, and look forward to release day. this (and what they did to the now defunct normal dictors) are my only complaints about the new patch.
I am much much much more upset about normal interdictors being broken, but that something for another post.

well, no.
old dictors can drop a bubble and run away. but that means that you have few minutes to either destroy your enemies or drop another bubble. dictors are made for capital fights. drop a bubble onto a dread and run.
new dictors are made to permanently hold weaker ships (i.e. roaming gangs). they must stay and fight, and can't be helped by remote repair. either you are stronger than your enemies, or you die in seconds. try to warp jam a dreadnought and you're obliterated in 0.5 seconds after he locks you (and you're bigger than old dictors too).
Do not try and find the signature... that's impossible. Instead only try to realize the truth... There is no signature. |

Check the producer of your flycatcher, check the producer of the moa hulled hic.

wtf? check brain! check check!
HICs are all Tier3 Cruisers which the Caracal wasnt.
so its a logical step the set the Moa to HIC.
