Hi
I need help with rate of fire in Caldari Navy Raven
I need to know whitch skills i can have best rate of fire.
Have now 3x caldari navy BCU and 7x caldari navy cruise mis.

Caldari Battleship - Ship bonus provides an ROF bonus per level.
Missile Launcher Operation - Increases the ROF of all Launchers.
Rapid Launch - Increases the ROF of all Launchers.
Cruise/Torp Specialisation - Increases the ROF of T2 (only) Cruise/Siege Launchers.
Cybernetics - Allows the fitting of implants includng a hardwiring which provides an increase to the ROF of launchers.
The Specialisation skills may not be applicable (I can't remember if T2 are ever higher ROF than Cal Navy).
Obviously the higher the skills (with the exception of cybernetics, that being dependant on the implant itself) the higher the ROF (more launches per given time as opposed to time between launches).

The CNR gets a 5% bonus to ROF per Caldari BS level.

CN Launchers have a higher ROF than T2 Launchers even with the Spec skill to 5.
On the plus side T2 launchers are dirt cheap, while faction launchers still cost a pretty penny.
