Got this the other day for the PC and the dam thing won't stop crashing after looking on the EA forums it appears PS Owners and PC owners are been shafted by it only the billy gates brigade(360) owners can play it, it seems  now i'll never be able to pimp my lada till they patch the sucker

yeah i have heard this is a really bad port onto non 360 machines.. pretty stupid IMO, im not going to bother getting it till they release a few patches

The last game I got from EA was BF2142.
It all worked well till I got my Creative Xfi soundcard, and I should have read the forums but even the game itself recommended that soundcard right? Well this game is nothing but crashes and freezes for me on my card. The problem has been known to EA for ages now and it took them 6 months to release the patch officially.
EA are the suck, even if they bring out a gaming masterpiece (lol) I wouldnt buy it. No more EA games for me thank you.

It runs fine here, the demo does at least. But it's not NFS anymore, not by a long shot. NFS is not about Volkswagens and Honda's, it's not about Camaro concepts. It's about Lamborghini's, Ferrari's, Pagani's, and lots of cops chasing you. Apart from all the modding stuff and cheapo cars, Most Wanted was the last game to get it right imho. The last game that *felt* right was NFS3...

I stopped paying attention to need for speed after road and track stopped being involved, I new it would turn into rice rockets online, I just wish it hadn't.
...
Why do I PvP? Because I love the feeling I get when I see the pretty lights and know that someone somewhere is screaming incoherently at their computer screen. |
