I have a constant flow of Tempest (me10) BPc's coming out of my blueprint and of course they need to be bought! So, with that said..
I'll always have Tempest BPc's for sale in Yulai @ 7m on Escrow. If you'd be interested in a bulk deal, contact me, I'm very negotiable.
Permanent bulk deal however would be if you were to buy 10 BPcs - The price would be 55m ISK. Thats a 15m ISK knockoff.

Pricing:
7m for a singel BPc
6m for 5 or more BPc's
55m for a stack of 10 BPc's, 6m for everyone afterwards.
100m for 20 BPc's.

call it 8m trit, 2m py, 0.5m mex, 120k iso, 30k nox, 8k zyd and 2k mega
all those numbers are rounded up but close enough to give you a fair guide i reckon
