Disclaimer: I just saw the mention of spam in the original thread linked to here (I hadn't read the bottom of that thread yet). I'm not sure who sent those evemails, but I don't approve. I for one never said uoY was a cheater, nor do I now, I simply disagree with his attitude and how things went down and want to keep that public record. If his service is successful and some people prefer him over us, so be it, that's why there are options ;)
Also for the record (before someone tries to pin it on me) there was an incident with an evemail from myself to Tripoker members a few weeks ago, in a poorly done attempt at making relations between the channels. Admins of both channels talked, and now we're sister channels and send players to each other, so that has been sorted out for some weeks now. I certainly don't need to resort to -that- to keep the record straight, I can do that on the forums.
Finally, uoY, I suggest you leave this here and let people make their own opinions as they will no matter what you, or I, do. You've surely noticed lots of arguments or problems documented in our poker thread, **** happens, but it's not to be hidden, even if you disagree with it. It's part of the public record so people can make informed decisions.

Hey all,
I've played that these tables for week or so now for stakes up to 250m isk. Never once has a payment not been sent when I won (even over patch we played a game, log in after...few moments later there's my isk :) ). everyone in channel is friendly and someone is always lookin for a game.

Have to say I was skeptic of these guys at first, but figured I'd give them a shot.
I actually had a great time, the matches were quick, the freerole was fun (went out third, shame) and tons of people willing to go heads up even when it isn't prime time.
I'll be back the next time I log in and make some more isk!

Worst part about all of that is, I am a banker during the SLOW hours!

Nice folks, longest I had to wait for my payout ever was 5 mins - lost 400 mil, won 600 so 200 up still. Can always use some more players in the slow hours so see ya there hopefully :]

I want to thank DOA Poker and all of those who play, for making me almost a billionaire.
The other day I won 2 matches back to back and made a 500mil profit. Decided that was enough for one day, and peed a little when my wallet flashed at 950mil.
As a banker, my first week pay out total was slightly over 3billion. Business is good, but you could always make it better!
I'll be holding a few 50m free tournaments very soon, so come on in and get in on the action!

This is a damn nice service! I played a little this afternoon with some small stakes, then went a little higher to see how I did and won 150 million for first place! ISK is paid immediately, and the admins are all awesome.

This is actually my favorite room of all the sites. i'm not sure why.. the bankers seem eager to set up a game. There have been a few times recently that I we haven't been able to find a banker. I sent a mailer to Uoy. Somebody let me know who I need to contact in order to be a back-up banker please.

The poker client DOA uses is very nice, easy to use and without alot of RAM-eating special effects - simple, straight to the point Hold'em! Lots of good players here, I was pleasantly surprised.

After months of playing at DOA and getting to know the guys I've been hired as a banker! I've been banking many hours a day since. I've even hosted a couple Free Rolls with great response. Tell your corp mates to keep an eye on the "DOA Poker" channel.. even if it's just to get in on a freeroll now and then. We have a full range of players. I'll even host really low stakes games while you're getting familiar with the software. I'm having so much fun banking and playing with you guys. I can't imagine Eve without it now.

DOA is hands down the lowest rakes too. eve o'poker has much higher rakes and nobody is playing there... I've never seen anybody play in the POD one either.

I advise not palying this fellas. The bankers take a rake from all pots without it being specified before you play. Be aware that your winnings will not be what you expect.
Whilst trying resolve the problem i was kicked without warning from the channel, so i dont believe they care too much about the players.
Play at your own risk.

Sorry your experience was less than pleasant.. However, all poker services charge rake, its mentioned in our MOTD... We also charge considerably less rake than any other available poker service.
The only explanation I can give, for you being kicked from channel, is that trying to disrupt our service in our channel, warrants such action.

At 5 players 3rd place should only lose out on the rake fee's and anything above 6 players will be profit for 3rd place. This will really make playing in the larger buy in games more worth while.
