I'm stuck on whether or not to go with 3x Capacitor Control Circuits, or with EM/Kinetic/Thermal Hardener Rigs.
Assuming that I want a Blaster Rokh with the emphasis on the tank, which do you guys feel would be the more useful of the riggings?

If you really, really want a Blokhie then go with the resist rigs and fit a Heavy Cap Booster II or two Med Cap Booster IIs, and remember to pack some SB IIs and tackle. Every midslot that isn't tank is a liability on the Rokh imo - it's not in any way designed to be a blaster boat. It just doesn't have the agility or the DPS to properly function that way. If you must go close range then try the Cruise/NOS/Neut setup.

It's an effective blaster boat, just not an effective solo blaster boat. Scrams/Webs have no business on a Rokh, you need to have a gang and a dedicated tackler.
Caldari got a huge agility boost too....woohoo.

Forgot about the agility boost tbh, need to check that out when I'm done patching. Talking about the patch - I'd favour a Torp-Raven over a Blaster Rokh any day.

Rokhs can fit one hell of a mean tank. Check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jL-z4B_BE40
A rokh tanks 2 NOS Domi's, a Scorpion, a Raven, a Drake, a Typhoon and some other **** for 20 minutes...the video is the last 3 minutes before they break his shield tank.
Oh, and a Mega.

as a blaster boat the rokh rules, hvy dmg, very good rof, and an awesome tank, but however this is not a solo ship, as it requires a good wingman for tackle, othere than that its neutrons are deadly up 40km with its optimal range bonus you dont even need to fit a AB or mwd to this thing for a close range fight at a gate or station.
because your going to fit 3 MFS II's in the lows there no point in fitting gun rigs also the thing wont have the pg to fit all 8 guns and the tank with them, so go for things like getting the shield boost time down, shield cap down etc for and even better tank.
