First, i mispelt concord on purpose, i always do.
The point, if a person commits an act of agression, make him open season to all pilots for like 20minutes. This would be citizen aid to the police for when the police are not powerful enoug (almost never) or they are too dumb (almost always) to take out the agressor.
What do you think?

Nice idea.
This game needs a player run security system that is a seperate devision beside concord. But thats when this game gets really big, and I mean extreamly big.

Perhaps it could be setup so that players with high security status could join an NPC corp like Citizen Security Inc., a subdivision of CONCORD. Said corp would be allowed to attack aggressors as Concord is allowed to. That way only people belonging to that corp would be able to do this (Prevents abuse) and it would make security status mean something other than where you can go.

I like the idea. But it will make weapon or module testing a little hard when everyone around the area can blow you up.

Good point.
I like the idea though, i.e. for players to help the "dummer than bag of hammers" CONCORD.

Nice idea. The people allowed to join the corp should have to have some security status. like +1 or maybee +0.5.

Why? Corp-on-corp fights don't alert concord, why would they alert anything else?

I like this idea it would obviously need to be tested but it would add a whole new dimension for people who have worked hard on their security status.
