I Click the 'here' button on the log in screen to dl the new content and it says: "There was a problem downloading the content upgrade.
Click here if you want further instructions on how to manually download the content upgrade."
I also tried DL'ing the content from the ESC/ graphics settings page and it stays at 0% indefinitely.
Tried Dl'ing it from the EVE website but the link to the DL fails.
plays on normal graphics while my comp goes to sleep with boredom.
Any solutions?

Same problem here. I use the menu button to download the content upgrade and it changes to start downloading but then it just goes back as if i never pushed the button. I run vista so the manual classic to premium patch wont hurt me boot.ini. Please ccp let me download it manually so I can enjoy what I pay for like everyone else.

I am having the exact same problem as djara anari.
I really can't waste the bandwidth downloading the full 1.1gig install.

They might have taken down the file to fix the boot.ini problem. when you try to DL from the link on the site it says it doesn't exist.

Yeah I realise that but I'm running vista which it doesnt affect.

Having thre same problem, and the manual link from the patches pafe is broken!!
ffs..I'm gonna be late for work now for nothing!

If you can't download through the EvE client then go to the eve website click on the EvE patches thing on the left side of the screen. After that on the next page selethen select your OS and the classic version which will bring you to a page that has a huge icon that says download new content on the bottom right hand side of the page. Scroll down a bit to find it but you will see it, it will download as a traditional file would then bring up the patching screen for you. Hope this helps.

As someone mentioned in another thread, as soon as they exchange the delete boot.ini command for a format c: command. |

the patch is back up.
However its 584mb... its called :Eveclassictopremiumpatch45017.exe
Id like to know if they fixed the boot.ini whateverfile, so that we wont molest our windows by running it.

If you had read his post further and followed what he was saying, you'd find that it does download the gfx content. Here at the bottom right hand side of the page.
