Just installed Trinity Premium and first problem I encountered was that in the login screen my keybord does not work. So, you know, it's pretty hard to login :)
I managed to solve this issue using a genius combination of alt, tab, copy and paste. So there I was, inside the station, looking at my now not so ugly ship and, surprise, the keyboard still doesn't work.
Also, in the game my mouse is acting up. I cannot use the scroll wheel and sometimes the left mouse button doesn't work as well.
It feels like the game does not like my keyboard or mouse (both Logitech), so how can I solve this? Besides buying another keyborad+mouse, since I like these and I'm not sure that's gonna solve the problem.
Any ideas?

I'm having the exact same problem. I was able to login but im unable to use any keyboard buttons. Odd

Your security software is stopping eve from monitoring keyboard/mouse inputs (for eve-voice probably)

Hmm is there a way to disable eve-voice? I'm looking and can't seem to find it.

ESC > Audio Tab > Voice Settings > Uncheck "Eve Voice Enabled"

I'm having the same problem only the second time I logged on my mouse cursor was missing too. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well turned off all my security and still my keyboard wont work . Any ideas?

I'm unable to press esc to access that menu. The settings at the login screen does not contain that information either.
I also notice that I have no X's to close windows in eve. Like say to close a Char portrait or ship information screen. I must right click and click on close to make them disappear.

Damn eve voice!
Ok, i've solved this problem :) just allow all traffic to all CCP hosts. My default route does not leads to internet :) To playing eve i've added route to TQ. Now i've added next route:
route -p add 87.237.0.0 mask 255.255.0.0 <my gateway>
It looks ugly but it work. And it works much better then petition or mailing ISDs ;)

Well I seemed to have discovered what is causing the problem, at least with me.
I am connecting to the game from a laptop which uses a Verizon cell phone air card. For those of you not familiar with this piece of hardware, it essentially is a call phone that exclusively carries data. It's a mobile internet connection over a cellphone.
I am using the latest build of their connection manager software, called VZ Access Manager, and the version # is 6.3.6. When the software is open, BUT NOT CONNECTED, I am able to type into my EVE client. When the software is open AND connected, I lose all ability to type into my EVE client.
I can't say if this is what is causing problems with everyone else, but it is effectively making it impossible for me to play EVE.
