then they will use dynamic IP's and risk banning legit members as well, its a knife edge with these guys, hard to get rid of them!
what they need is a full time member of staff thats job is to just sit in the trade chats and insta ban every person that makes an ad on there, as long as banning is quick, it will soon annoy the sellers so much at having to re create accounts all the time they will stop, assuming there not making money from it

can you explain done right? banning an ip bans an ip, if using a broadband line that still uses dynamic ip assignments it could ban somone else, your right low chance really but if they IP ban everytime this happens in game and on here they will soon stack out.
then all they have to do is hang up the router, re dial = new ip... then you will say ban an ip range, then much high chance u will get someone who should not be banned!
