I love the new overview settings! However, I'm very limited to how I can make the overview due to the locked targets being static. Is there a way to move them?

It follows your 'selected item' box - the first target will always appear just to the left of it wherever you place it on screen.. However, once you lock a second target it seems to just go a little crazy.

yes the little target thing to the upper left of them.
you can even have them move veriticaly!
just right clock it.
from the right click you can pin it in place as well.

In the upper righthand corner there is a small icon. Click there and you can change between horisontal and vertical targets, as well as unpin the current selection. you can not, however, have one target here, one target there, spread all over the screen. They are still linked together...

No fancy circle on my screen, nothing, nope, nothing.
Just crazy target locks that move randomly, I sat and watched it, they moved 4 times in about 15 mins, with out me touching keyboard or mouse once.
Go uber patch.

The target icons control circle appears in different locations depending on where you have the target icons to begin with. If the target icons are in the upper left quadrant of the screen, then so is the target icons control circle; the circle is, in that case, to the upper left of the icons themselves. (The devs are introducing the most irritating feature of CoH, the squirrelly window controls.)
Also, the control circle tends to vanish, or just not show up, for reasons unknown. The workaround I used was to activate widescreen mode, then de-activate widescreen mode.
