I think everyone knows the difference between a kick and a gag Mongo (that said you did seem to bypass the Gag command quite effectively) My concern is your apparent inability to tell the truth even in small issues. Kick/Gag etc. Since your recall is so inexact why should anyone have any faith in your wider suppositions exactly?
Still this is by the by.
You repetitively copied and posted destructive spam to sabotage an IC roleplaying channel. Which you admit "was done for revenge" for a gagging order made by the Channel owner "me".
Do you contest my right to do what I want as the channel op for my own channel?
Do you believe you have the right to ruin a roleplaying environment for players that like that kind of thing?
I am interested in your answers. But if you won't provide them then lets see the chips fall where they may.

Jade I fully agree its your channel and you can kick / gag who you like ... and I personally only go in there is interact with the other F-E members ....... like yours members attaching to our teamspeak ......

You were gagged for being disruptive abusive in an IC channel meant for civilised debate and conversation. The channel owner chose to gag you for a period. You bypassed the gag and returned to gain "revenge" ... your "revenge" was to repetitively paste pages of spam in the channel until the channel owner was forced to invoke corp tag only.
Thats exactly what happened.
I really don't see how you can defend your actions in that context.
I think anyone with a modicum of sense can see you acted like a distruptive child.
Its pretty clear.

Can someone explain to me how F-E wen't from a somewhat feared, goal oriented strange emperor following unique entity to a smack talking, chat channel invading forum warrior? I used to like F-E, but now their so obsessed with lord zap and terrorizing civil ic chat channels that it looks completely childish..

Seriously, freedom of speech implies that people are allowed to speak. So, if a channel is created for the purpose of civil IC chatting, then that's the rule. The ones that created it created it for a purpose: that those that enjoy roleplaying would have a good place to do that.
You guys attacked their freedom to express themselves in their chosen way, with motives that are completely obvious.
And your yapping isn't exactly helping your case either. If one wants to complain about a supposed transgression, not commiting the same and/or worse transgressions oneself kind of helps credibility.

La Maison is not always a 'red light district'. It was also a neutral meeting place where one could go and have a chat with his enemies without the usual forum chest beating. I've also seen some very good in-game political discussions take place there. Just because a few of you FE guys dislike Jade, that is an excuse to **** up something that everyone from m0o to CFS enjoys? Bah.

It is sad, but not at all surprising that people differ in their capabilities to understand the abstract.
Some individuals not only have trouble differing characters from players, but also cannot understand the basic setting where enemies in game could be friends outside of it and just have fun. For this we get into all kinds of trouble here in the forums.
There are people playing this game that are total wimps pretending to be tough guys. I am just guessing here, but quite a few of you reading this thread here fall into that category, and you know it. How does this differ from men playing women and vice versa, in case that you aren't "****ing off to the Eve portraits" like some one else said in another thread?
Why do they feel so threatened? Could it be the trouble accepting that this is a game, and we are not mirror imaged in our characters in fact the characters are just people we like to bring into the imaginary world? Afterall accepting that would also mean accepting the fact that their ability to load out a battleship, and use it succesfully in a fight has zero relevance to their images as players? And all relevance to their toughness as characters of course. Maybe that just is not enough for them, to be tough and feared characters, but they would also like to think that they are tough, resourceful and feared players - human beings?
If people could settle to playing the game and play the bad ass characters instead of trying to be them, we would all have more fun. Obviously, I am reaching for the sky here, since I think Eve and other MMORPGs have shown that this can never be.
I am not pointing fingers to F-E. I have seen enough of the same ilk to know that pirates, pkers - whatever they are called - harbor some of the finest players in these games that don't only have fun themselves, but are able to provide fun and excitement for others, friends and enemies alike.
I am making a general remark about how IC playing seems to be too complex a thing to understand for some portion of MMORPG players in general pirates and carebears alike. IC always requires pretending and upholding that illusion requires an effort. Bringing it down on the other hand is easy as Pie or cAKe, as witnessed in this thread. Most of the time the people ruining the fun don't even seem to understand the concept of what they are ruining. Instead they see it as laughable and stupid due to lack of better understanding. And it is a great shame, that they don't pause to think about the possibilty to carry on playing on their own style and let others do the same.
I know for a fact that in other games crashing roleplaying environments on purpose is a bannable offense. Unfortunately it seems that Eve needs this as well. Not that I think banning people is good, but rather because it is the only thing keeping people from ruining the fun to no gain towards no one.
What exactly did anyone get from crashing the La Maison? Few people got a short laughs, 20 seconds, ruining a constant source of fun for dozens of players. It does not require too much math to realize that as a whole Eve lost out big time for the fun of few. Again, this brings into light another side of people, but I am not going there here.
Why don't you guys that did it give your heads a shake. And before you go defending yourselves with freedom of speech and other BS - La Maison is an IC channel, and I saw zero IC content from you. All you did was came in to give you a chance to **** your egos, "'cause you can".
Here are a few questions for people that cannot understand the concepts, so maybe you can get a faint idea: Do you also hack the TS of the enemies, 'cause you can? Where is the line of the game and the reality? Do you think that people that play chess hate each other's guts? Do you figure only those sucking blood can play vampires in RL roleplaying games?
Too bad, I was beginning to enjoy La Maison. It will be boring without it.

This is pathetic. LA MAISON is closing down because a few of the FE ********s couldn't keep their mouths shut? WTF is wrong with you people?? LA MAISON rocks! It's a lot of fun! WTF is wrong with having fun in this game IN CHARACTER??? Who gives a damn if Jade is a man or a woman? I'm a guy. My character is female. In game, I have fun with it and role play it to the hilt. When I'm on Teamspeak with the other SPVD guys, I am out of character and am as 'manly' as the rest of my corp mates. At no time has anyone in SPVD given me crap about this. WHY is this such an obsession with some people? GROW UP!!
I think there are some good people in FE, but they are being made to look like fools by their so-called leadership. Seriously, no matter how you try to rationalize it, FE declared war on Tyrell, MASS and EV, arguably three of the most powerful corps in the game, only to retract all three wars and then do what? They declare war on Jericho, arguably one of the funniest group of people in the EVE community. Yes, I know that the PE guys have their issues with Jade and company, but that's beside the point.
I guess I'm just trying to understand what the FE guys are thinking. Right now they are an embarrassment to the Curse Alliance and look like fools for stopping their wars against three prominent Stain Alliance corps and then drawing their sword against a dedicated RP corp. I'd be willing to bet that there are more than a couple FE members who are wondering the exact same thing. FE started off great! I loved those little news releases from the Emperor and all that. Great stuff.
I want to know why Forsaken Empire, a corp I had grown to respect and admire, has now chosen to go down the current path they are on. Nothing they have done in the past few weeks adds up. What are you guys thinking?

4. key someone's car
5. slash their tires
6. blowup mailboxes
7. go to my neighbors doorstep and light up a paperbag full of dogcrap
8. shoot at animals from a moving pickup
9. feed alka seltzer to pigeons
10. tie 2 cats tails together
11. cut other people off on the highway then give them the finger
12. pee on the toilet seat in a public restroom
13. pick my nose and smear it on the sneeze gaurd of a saladbar
14. grab my crotch and flick my tongue at middleaged women in the store
15. curse at elderly folks who cross the street too slow
16. pour sugar in peoples gas tanks
17. stick bananas in tailpipes
18. laugh at mentally challenged children
19. do mocking fake sign language with deaf people
20. 'accidentally' get in the way of blind people and trip them
21. get on a chat channel and screw it up on purpose for everyone...
Good Job fellas, now go set fire to your local homeless shelter and your day will be complete!
