I wanted to go off with my BS and shoot some rats. I knew about the torp 'nerf' and mine flew max 9000 meter  so I have removed them. But now I had to fit artilleries, so far so good. But what surprised me, my tracking computer needed a charge, a script it seems.
So I start looking for one, nothing, nowere. After asking some people they told me there are enough BPO's around but only useable after 10 days
No what CCP? I can't rat with my BS because my torps are useless same as my artilleries. I know some of you have loads of SP's to counter this problem for the moment, but with my ammount of SP I really need a tracking computer in order for my artilleries to do some decent damage. I tried using autocannons, but thats a pain in the *ss with my BS.
Please CCP, 10 days is just too long to wait. I got no source of income now because mining in 0-sec in a retriever is not done.

Market --> Browse --> Ammunition & Charges --> Scripts.
Plenty on the market. Lots and lots.

Tracking computers still work just as before.
The stats have probably been changed (I can't remember what they were like before), but they definitely work just fine without any script loaded, I just tested it.

The tracking computers, target disruptors, sensor boosters active modules (and some other) have been modified.
They get about 50% of the old performance. With scripts they can get one of the 2 characteristics to about the old level, getting the other stat to 0.
From what I have read so far the scripts are produced by players from BPO. So the first scripts where sold for huge sums, but the production cost is in the hundred of thousand of isk or less.
I n a couple of thay the should become very common.

A quick check on a market BPO (ie no research) and I estimate it should cost under 10k to build. Currently selling in my market for around 100k.
As far as I know they are non-consumables, so aren't used up, so it's hardly going to break the bank if you get ripped off!

the bpos don't need any ME research - well the focused warp disruption one could have ME 5 on it, the rest are perfect
they are not used up -
the bpos can only be found though the search function.

heh that is true. In the region I am in people are selling scripts anywheres from 1-5 mil each. Serious profit considering it costs like 10k in materials to make one.
I will have to say, it was pretty ******** on CCP's part to make these stupid things and not seed the market with them after deployment. |

They show up fine for me when I browse the Blueprints section of the market. Are you sure you haven't got "Only show available" ticked? Might not be any BPO's in your region?

Er... they seeded the BPO's. Which are very cheap. And have very cheap build reqs. This is EVE, not everything is done for you.
