Basically all you say is, "check the root directory." with no mention as to where it's located.
Secondly, I had to log into the forums to find this.
(Note that Windows Vista is not affected)
Why is that not on the main page when you start up the Eve client? Seriously, here I was thinking I had a problem and was just lucky enough to come across that snippet.
For what it's worth, I know what a root directory is. I'm saying that the majority of people out there who don't know **** about computers won't. You need to be more specific otherwise they'll be even more lost. Also, that Vista disclaimer needs to be put on the Eve boot up page.

lol, its the root directory i.e. c:\
I know but people who aren't good with computers won't. Most people don't have any clue what a root directory is.

People who are not computer literate need to get someone to fix their booting problems before they can read the forums ...
