Any real IPO would provide details as to what they're doing to make money, how they're doing it, and security meansures/reasons why it's not a scam.
EDIT: They would also use a character name other than "bankofeve"

While I always love scams with websites, you might wanna work a lil bit more on your scamsite, it's not very convincing at all. Stun those marks with some razzle dazzle flashy stuff dude!
