Apparantly, CCP have noticed the bug, since it's on the known issues list ( http://myeve.eve-online.com/updates/knownissues.asp ) I'm sure they'll fix it as soon as they know how and will reimburse losses. Hope it will be soon though

good job guys . should have waited before releasing that one.
this reminds me of my old game. the guy tried ading new stuff,scewed it up so bad that after 6 weeks trying to fix it he ended up doing a wipe and made everyone start over from scratch.
i think they hired his talents lol

How much effort does it take for someone from CCP to post something as simple as 'We know about the problem and are looking into it. Please don't use your jumpclones until further notice.' CCP are their own worse enemies sometimes...

Curious.
what kind of implant sets are people jumping out of and into....
I gather all implant losses are in the destination clone, is there a pattern like you lose implants that do not match up with your point of origin clone?
int +3 -> +3 = implant safe (+3)
mem +4 -> +3 = implant destroyed(+3)
cha +2 -> +5 = implant destroyed(+5)

Yep lost mine patch day too, petitioned however they must be too busy atm, it is frustrationg but meh... fingers crossed for me getting mine back too. losing training time :(

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm glad I got podded with my +2 set before Trinity deployed... I paid quite a bit for those plants (by 1.7M SP player standards, that is) and at least it was my own screw up that lost 'em instead of a bug. Thanks to Katie Door and friends in Rancer for that small favor :P

No response.
No GM/Dev posts about whats going on, what's broke and if it's fixed.

This issue has been fixed. The issue was discovered around 8 hours after TQ was opened and the fix was applied on the 7th of December.
If you are still having issues, please bug report it.

I lost 7, 4 of which were +4s. They have since been returned to the station I lost them at. had to buy replacements to keep from losing too much training time. (was afraid to jump to another implanted clone) but did eventually get them back

Now this is ****ing me off..... they want a bloody 500 page report....
1st, i dont know when i installed the implants....
2nd, logs dont show the implant loss
3rd, even i, dont remember all the implants i had...
sure, i can give the post trinity j/c jump.....
It seems because i jumped just after the trinity patch im in a 0 zone......

Well I jump cloned again (to the third one) and it destroyed those implants....nice fix......multiply that with the torpedo nerf and endless worship of the pew-pewers and I am cancelling my accounts
And no you can't have my stuff

CCP returned lost Implants but didn't return the lost sp due to disappeared implants.
i should use my spare implants right away instead waiting for 2 weeks without any words from gm

Well, I got a response from CCP and they reimbursed my implants.... Oh no ! they only reimbursed the attribute +4 implants... Where are my skill enhancers that are like hundred millions of isk?
You guessed it.... Their serverlog doesn't show those implants.... They are very sorry for this, but don't reimburse the implants.
Now it gets funniers. I complained back i don't like to loose hundred millions of iskies because of the problem with their serverlogs. And guess what, I get a response that their serverlogs ain't faulty, and they reimbursed EXACTLY as their serverlogs told what I lost, so I got my implants back.... INCLUDING the NOT lost implant in slot 1..... Now, who's lying here???
Great customer support again CCP...
