It's not a bug, it may be stupid (it is) but it's a feature. I has been whined in the game development forum long enough, if you dont like it, write it here, dont make another post.
Yes, more industrial ship will be needed to loot, but hey, the pirates have to live too, right? -----------------------------

Edited by: NoNah on 06/12/2007 18:31:07 Sweet, I was just about to create another thread for the subject. 10ish on the first page simply can't be enough to announce something that's been mentioned on whinums and dev blogs for a year or so...

Actually, not the module volume increase is stupid, but rather the small cargo bay that most ships have. For example, a Machariel is longer than an Obelisk and the volume of the ship is quite considerate, but its cargo bay is tiny, it is even smaller than a command ships has. A command ship put near a Machariel or Obelisk is like a frigate near a battlecruiser. This is very shameful and is not realistic. It doesn't even respect the ingame proportions.
CCP should definetly do something about this issue.

Does the Volume increase infects both "named" and simple T1 modules? Cause I thing named modules (that actually worth looting) weren't used for mineral compression like simple T1 where... I am he, the bornless one

Given the reasoning behind this has been explored extensively, creating another thread to complain about it seems counter-productive.
