Personally I think it was the actions of some unscrupulous WoW player attempting to harvest "XP" from an alternate source so that he/she could level up faster. The lengths these vile people go to is just unfathomable

On the other hand I wouldn't be surprised if CCP started removing signatures that contain references to the deletion of boot.ini eventually, as they're not really that, well.. flattering for CCP in the end.

Any more sigs made yet?
Only other one I can think of would be in large letters.. 'TotalHellDeath' then in smaller letters under it 'brought to you by EvE Trinity' and then have a picture of a boot.ini icon with an X over it or something.

OMG like i so cant read and decided from all the warnings it would be a good idea to reboot! clearly that is what the "DO NOT REBOOT" message meant!!!
cant believe so many had issues with this, it was known about since sisi, annnnnd was found out within hours but yet it still was rocket science checking for that lovely boot.ini file for the forum chumps around here
im just glad its only 5% of Eve's population who post here, its rare to come across such stupidity in space
