Please can we use eve insider to start training?
I am at work right now and can not have eve installed on any pc's that we have here so i have to wait till i get home to start my next skill lvl.
Can there be anyway that we can use eve insider to start the next lvl of skills off?
This would save lots of time and help people build up skills quickly.

I think the Idea is that you have to plan ahead, if you know your skill will complete during your work hours then switch to another skill and switch back once you get home.
Remember that if you switch skill your trained skill points are not lost.
With a minimum of planning you dont have to miss a sec of training time.
Everyone has a skill they can switch to that has an inzane training time, if not you are a very new player and well... I feel for you but you will soon have plenty of skills at lev 4 to switch to for prolonged awaytimes.

As Fester said.
As far as I know the plan by CCP is to realize the possibility to train 2 skills simultaneously whereas the skill points are splitted to the 2 skills currently learning. But this wonŠt be implemented before Shiva.
By this you can train a skill which needs some hours and a second skill which needs a week, both with 50% of the normal learning speed. When the first skill finishs, the second one continues with 100% speed. Very helpful when going in holiday for some weeks what is currently a problem.
I donŠt think CCP wants to initiate the skill training via webbrowser. By this (current) way those are rewarded who are often online and those have a little disadvantage who are seldom online, missing some skill points. The game lives by the online not by the offline players. |

it would prolly be to easy hackable or somein i gues though, but great idea (though its been proposed a millenium ago also)
