Being able to log in or not has never been an indication of whether Jita is working.
It's more an indication of its mood.

I am stuck in Jita also. i can log in but all that happens is i sit there looking at my ship unable to warp or even update my skill trainer. Anyone know what is going on to fix the problem?

Its probably due to peeps sitting outside 4-4 for all effect playing train spotting going.
Oh cooo look at that ship now, ew wow yeah, oh yeah baby I want it, hmm yeah yes oh yeah yeah you know it....
Basicly >630 jita messed >800 and you wont get in period so petition away or try outside normal hours. Oh other factor - why do CCP seed BPO's skills in jita when they know what will happen is akin to having a loaded gun and checking it works by looking down the barrel whilst you pull the trigger.
Maybe QA controls Jita as well - has that style of thought gone into it :D.

Log in with an alt or main or whatever isnt stuck and submit a stuck petition and have a gm move your character out of jita.

Log in with an alt or main or whatever isnt stuck and submit a stuck petition and have a gm move your character out of jita.
you can submit a stuck petition out of game. Eve support>Create new Petition in the left nav of the forums.
